Managing your subscription and licenses
Your OnStyle subscription and license keys are managed from the account page. There is no separate customer login on this site; billing runs through Stripe, and license keys are delivered by email.
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”Use the Manage subscription button on the account page to open the Stripe Customer Portal. Enter the email address you used at checkout and Stripe sends you a secure sign-in link. In the portal you can:
- view and download invoices and receipts
- update your payment method and billing details
- change the number of seats on your subscription
- cancel or renew your subscription
Your license keys
Section titled “Your license keys”License keys are sent by email to the billing address after checkout. Keys are not stored in an online account area, so keep the delivery email.
If you no longer have the email, use the Resend my license keys form on the account page. The keys are sent to the billing email address on record; they are never disclosed to any other address.
