Inserting and Formatting Tables
OnStyle provides tools for creating tables with proper titles and applying table-related styles. These features ensure tables follow the formatting rules defined in the active DocConfig. Available in both Essential and Professional editions from version 3.4.

- Place the cursor where you want to insert the table.
- On the OnStyle Ribbon, go to the Tools > Tables group.
- Click Create Table.
- In the dialog, specify the number of columns, rows, and header rows.
- Select the Table set name. The available sets come from the active DocConfig and define the table’s formatting, including borders etc.
- (Optional) Choose a Special variation, if defined in the DocConfig. Special tables apply additional formatting rules, such as the header row, the first column, or the table body styles .

- Click Insert.
- OnStyle inserts a table formatted according to the DocConfig, including header, footer, and cell styles.
